Sentinel Security Solutions provides a full one-year (1) warranty on both hardware and labor, commencing on the completion date of the installation. This warranty exclusively covers hardware exhibiting defects originating from the factory or hardware that becomes defective under normal, manufacturer-intended use within this one-year period. Additionally, this warranty extends to cover defects in the materials used that are directly caused by improper installation practices that fail to meet applicable code requirements. It is explicitly stated that no other circumstances or issues are covered under this warranty.
