Refund Policy for Sentinel Security Solutions

Sentinel Security Solutions has a strict no-refund policy after the date of installation of any products or services. Once the installation is complete, no refunds will be provided in any shape or form. However, prior to the scheduled installation date, a customer may request a refund. If a refund is requested before the installation date, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to the total cost of any equipment ordered up to and including the date the refund request is made. This restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
